Do our records have to leave our premises?

No. TNC can bring equipment and staff to work directly at your premises, so your records never leave the archive.

How is pricing calculated?

Pricing depends on volume (pages, files), paper sizes, the condition of the records and your output requirements. We assess and send a detailed quote free of charge.

What formats do you deliver?

Typically searchable PDF/A files, master images (JPEG/TIFF) and a catalogue database (Excel or the structure required by your management software).

How long does a project take?

It depends on volume and requirements. After the assessment, TNC provides a phased schedule and can add staff when deadlines are tight.

How do you keep information confidential?

We sign confidentiality agreements, assign clear access rights to staff, keep data on controlled devices and hand everything over at the end: no copies are retained after the project.

Will our data be used to train AI models?

TNC uses enterprise AI services that commit not to train models on customer data. Depending on your requirements, solutions can be deployed through the cloud platform of your choice, with access control and audit logs.

Does AI replace your specialists in cataloguing and search?

No. AI speeds things up by proposing data, summarizing and answering with source citations. Every important result is checked and approved by a specialist.

Do you provide support after handover?

Yes. TNC trains your staff to use the data and continues to provide technical support after handover.
